The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to govern the sale of services offered by the motorized leisure company with accommodation and snacks (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”). These services may include the organization of tours and events, accommodation and catering.
The prices of the services offered by the Seller are indicated on the website under the heading “prices” or on any other communication medium. They are expressed in euros and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. The prices may be modified at any time by the Seller, but the applicable prices are those in force at the time of the order.
The customer can place an order with the Seller online on the Seller’s website, by telephone or by any other means of communication. The customer must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the order at the time of the reservation for it to be confirmed. Payment can be made online on the Seller’s website, by credit card, bank transfer, check or cash. The order is considered confirmed by the Seller once the customer has paid the deposit and received an order confirmation by e-mail or by any other means of communication. The balance of the order must be paid before the provision of services, except by prior agreement with the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of non-payment of the deposit or the balance.
Payment for services can be made online on the Seller’s website, by credit card, bank transfer, check or cash. The customer must pay the total amount of the order at the time of booking, unless previously agreed with the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of non-payment.
The customer can cancel or modify his order by informing the Seller in writing or by telephone. If the cancellation or modification occurs within 7 days preceding the date of the service, the Seller reserves the right to invoice part of or retain the amount of the deposit for the order. A postponement may also be considered depending on availability.
Customer acknowledges that the use of motorized vehicles is dangerous and may result in injury or property damage. The customer is solely responsible for the use he makes of the services sold. The Seller cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which may result from the use of the services sold.
The Seller is the owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the services sold. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation of the services sold is strictly prohibited without the prior authorization of the Seller.
These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Seller.
The Seller requires that all drivers hold a motorcycle licence, vehicle circulation permits and that its motorized vehicles be insured by motor vehicle liability insurance covering damage caused to third parties in the event of an accident or collision.
